Martello provided architectural and contract administration duties on the existing building to transform the original four bed house into a six bedroom and six ensuite home, which will now be used as a supported living property for the charity organisation, Field Lane.

The technical specification of the changes needed, had to be very specific to suit the individual needs for six adults with learning disabilities.
