Having received planning permission from Thanet District Council at the end of July, the team at Martello Building Consultancy are really looking forward to work starting on site in the coming weeks at St Christopher’s House in Ramsgate, for which we have been appointed to act as Architectural Technician, Contract Administrator and CDM Principal Designer.
