Helen joined Martello in April 2013. She has a 2:1 Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Business from the University of Kent. Helen is the Operations Manager for the company and her duties include: Accounts; Marketing and Social Media; Administration and Business Management
Andy Cruttenden

Andy Cruttenden
Managing Director

Andy joined Martello in April 2012. He has an ONC & HNC in building studies and Diploma’s in Management and Marketing. Andy is also a full member of the Chartered Institute of Building; a Chartered Manager and an Associate of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

Andy’s duties include, Business Management, Employer’s Agent, Contract Administration, Project Co-Ordination, CDM C and Cost Consultancy.

Emma-Jane Coakley

Senior Surveyor and Technician

Emma-Jane joined Martello in September 2014. She has a 1st class degree in Building Surveying from the University of Westminster. Emma-Jane’s duties involve Employer’s Agent, Project Co-Ordination and Surveying.
Paul Simmons

Paul Simmons
Senior Architectural Technician

Paul Joined Martello in February 2014. He has an ONC & HNC in Construction. Paul is also a Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists and working towards full membership.

Paul’s main role is as an Architectural Technician and his other roles include IT Technician.

Tarih joined Martello in January 2016 and studied Public Relations Management 1, at Cape Town Peninsula University of Technology. Tarih is the Business Development Manager for Martello, therefore maintaining and developing valuable relationships with clients and industry partners. Tarih’s duties includes organising events, marketing and managing Martello social media.

Tony comes with a wealth of experience and previously worked for the award winning Guy Holloway Architects where he spent 10 years. Tony has a HNC in Building Studies and his main role is in the capacity of Architectural Technician.
