Project Brief

Martello provided architectural services and achieved planning permission to change this existing two bedroom bungalow into a four bedroom family house.

The property required extensive modernisation due to being in one ownership for a sustained period as well as requiring extensions and alterations to suit our client’s needs as a young family.

Our Scheme provided the client approximately 150% additional habitable floor area, plus an integral garage by adapting the existing ground floor, extending it on three elevations and providing an additional floor.
