Project Brief

Martello Building Consultancy was appointed to carry out a Stock Condition Survey and a Planned Maintenance Programme for the next 10 years for the College of North East London. The College spans over three sites in Tottenham and Enfield.

The objectives that the report set out to address included understanding the current condition of the College’s buildings, identifying the College’s maintenance requirements and prioritising these according to need over a ten year programme.

Calculating an estimate of the costs for undertaking the required planned maintenance over a ten year programme and identifying any conflicts between existing building provisions and the requirements of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 in respect of access to public buildings.
