Martello Building Consultancy were appointed by Whitstable Medical Practice to provide Employer’s Agent and CDM Principal Designer Services for an extension and refurbishment project at the Chestfield Medical Centre.

The project consisted of a single storey extension and the refurbishment of the existing building to provide a new state of the art reception and waiting area, eight new consulting rooms and two offices.

Martello submitted the initial Architectural Planning application for the extension and work commenced on site in May 2020 with Principal Contractor Breem Construction.
