Martello Building Consultancy were appointed by our client SAGA Plc as Employer’s Agent for the delivery of the second phase of this extensive refurbishment project at the Enbrook Estate site in Sandgate, Kent. We have previously been involved in both Phase One of this project and also the provision of additional parking facilities at the site back in 2017.

Phase two of the project included a total refurbishment of the ground floor of this impressive building, and refurbishment of some of the lower ground floor, as well as works on the fifth floor including the provision of a viewing balcony offering extensive views across the English Channel.

Taking eight weeks to complete, Martello worked with the Principal Contractor TSK and the SAGA team directly on the project.

Some of the highlights of the project included the delivery of modern, high tech meeting pods and sound pods, a performance area, new kitchen and server space and new, modern desk layouts.

The impressive SAGA Enbrook building sits within the beautiful grounds of the Enbrook Estate on the Kent Coast.
