Martello Building Consultancy were appointed by our client Croydon Churches Housing Association (CCHA) as Lead Design Coordinator and Project Coordinator for this project in Pampisford Road, South Croydon. We also provided an Architectural Technical Package and sub-consultant Structural and Civil Engineering Technical Packages. The completed homes were handed over to CCHA in February 2021.

The scheme consisted of the design and construction on nine dwellings and associated external works, drainage, roads, footpaths and sewers, providing 2 one bedroom flats, 6 two bedroom flats and 1 three bedroom flat. The properties will all be made available to rent on a London Living Rent basis by CCHA.

Spencer Francis Ltd were appointed as Principal Contractor for the build. We have also worked with Spencer Francis for a variety of clients on a number of other projects across the South East including Byland Close in Sutton and Birchanger Road in Croydon.

Croydon Churches Housing Association was founded back in 1967 to meet the housing needs of the local people and they now manage over 1,400 homes in Croydon, Bromley, Sutton and Merton, continuing to develop and provide good quality, affordable homes within the community.
