Titan House, Redhill
Commercial and Industrial Project
Martello were commissioned by Titan Travel as Employer’s Agent and CDM Principal Designer to manage the installation of a new Comfort Cooling System to the first floor offices at Titan House in Redhill, Surrey.
The six week program of works commenced in September 2019 with Lawson Environmental Services as Principal Contractor. The project included the external installation of the Condenser and pipework, a new distribution board and air conditioning control units.
All of the works were completed to budget within the contract period.
