Housing Project
For this project Martello Building Consultancy were appointed by the client – Orbit Homes to act as Employers Agent, CDM Principal Designer and also to provide a Technical Architecture package.
The £1.6m scheme in Victoria Road, Margate included the demolition of an existing extension and the redevelopment of 13 self-contained apartments and car parking, providing much needed affordable local homes.
The Principal Contractor for the build was Jenner – who we have worked with on a variety of local projects: Riverside Vineyard Church and Custom House Project
The project was completed on time and to budget in April 2015.
